At Base, we know that at-home testing may not be the right fit for everyone. So, we give all of our members the option to either complete their tests with our easy-to-use test kits or go to a local Quest Diagnostics location of their choosing.

You'll first select your collection method after you place your first order with Base. But, you can always change your collection method for any upcoming tests in the future.

To do so, log in to your Base account + navigate to the "Account" tab. From there, scroll down until you see "Test Collection Method". Then, click on "Edit Test Collection Method".

Kindly note changing it in the app will only update your collection method for future tests. If you have already received your test kit or lab order, and want to change your collection method, kindly reach out to our Member Care team through the Base app or at member-care@get-base.com.
