Yes! In most cases, you can use your HSA/FSA account to pay for Base tests/membership! Your Base tests are authorized by a physician, so they fit the guidelines for most HSA/FSA coverage.

To apply for your FSA/HSA, you can use your FSA/HSA card if you have one directly at checkout or you can pay out of pocket and receive a special receipt to use to ask for reimbursement from insurance.

To get an HSA/FSA receipt, send us a message at info@get-base.com. Once you have your receipt, you can send it to your insurance plan to ask for a reimbursement. Be sure they are submitting it as a wellness test!
