You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time, and you’ll still get to keep all of your data accessible under your account. To cancel or pause, email the Member Care team at member-care@get-base.com or click on the account tab in the Base Tracking app.

Also, we always communicate reminders about upcoming tests via email, so you know exactly what test you'll be receiving and when. Be sure to add members@get-base.com to your email to ensure you receive all of our updates.+

If you wish to cancel or pause after your kit has shipped, it will have to follow our return policy.
