In order to get your samples analyzed, the lab needs some information about you, such as your age, to correctly process your results. Filling out your Medical Profile gives the lab the necessary information to process your sample completely + accurately.

To fill out your Medical Profile, log in to your Base Tracking app. Be sure to log in with the same email that you subscribed to Base.

Once in the app, click on the "Account" tab. From there, click on Medical Profile and add in the required information.
